1 –The Natural Gaited Horses Net Auction is being organized by RDA Technology Net Service. If you have horses for sale, please send an email to luciozootec@gmail.com
2 – The horses for sale are listed in a catalogue held in the official electronic address registered with the domain www.fourbeatgaitedhorses.com
3 – All the horses listed in the Sale Catalogue have a Certificate of Registration given by the Brazilian Campolina Horse Association.
4 – The sellers give to the buyers a guarantee of fertility for their mares and stallions listed in this Sale Catalogue. If any horse sold presents sterility the sale will be cancelled and the money should be given back to the buyer.
5 – The sellers give to the buyers a guarantee of healthy and physical condition for their horses listed on this Sale Catalogue. If the horse presents any disease, or abnormal physical condition limiting his use, the sale will be cancelled and the money should be given back to the buyer.
6 – The sellers give to the buyers a guarantee of veracity for all the records on this Sale Catalogue, otherwise the sale will be cancelled and the money should be given back to the buyer.
7 – Each horse has a minimum price, previously established by the seller, but not mentioned on the Sale Catalogue. However, if the bid covers that minimum price the client will be informed by email and the word SOLD will be written on the lot listed on the Sale Catalogue.
8 – The client will be asked to fill a form – postal address, phone number, fax, e-mail, before he (or she) starts to bid. Any incomplete form will not be accepted.
9 – The minimum value for a bid is $ 100.00 (One Hundred Dollars).
10 – The bids are automatically shown on the Sale catalogue. The system does not accept a bid of value equal or less than the value already shown on the Sale Catalogue.
11 – The horses remain at their ranch during the sale’s period. If the client wants to see the horse during the sale’s period he should ask the organizers to schedule a visit at the ranch.
12 – All horses will have one photo on the catalogue and at least one photo and one video on the page where all the records are informed.
13 – The Seller will pay an entry fee of $150.00 (One Hundred and fifty Dollars) for the service of taking care of the system that maintains the net auction on line during a period of a month.
14 – The seller will pay to the organizers a commission of 10% (Ten Percentage) out of the total sale. The seller will pay nothing more than the entry fee if the horse is not sold.
15 – The buyer will not pay commission.
16 – During a period of, approximately, 48 (forty eight) hours after the end of the auction, the clients will be contacted by the organizers and be informed about the value of the minimum price established by the buyer. If the client does not agree to pay this minimum price he (or she) will be asked to make an offer.
17 – In a period of 48 (forty eight) hours after the sale is done the organizers of the Net Auction will e-mail the Business Contract to the buyer and the seller. The Business Contract should be printed, signed and sent to each other by postal mailing. As soon as each one, buyer and seller, receives the signed Business Contract, the buyer will transfer the money to the seller’s account.
18 – Once the horse had been sold, the buyer will have a period of a week to take care of the transportation by his own expense. After one week the buyer will have to pay the expense with feeding and any other expense required to maintain the horse at its original ranch.
20 – The seller will give to the buyer the original Certificate of Registration and the regular fertility and healthy tests.
21 – Any doubt related to these rules will be solved by the organizers.
